Kentucky Horsewear Fly Mask Classic With Ears
The Kentucky Horsewear Fly Mask Classic With Ears is a new addition to our range and is the perfect match for our Kentucky Mesh Fly Rug Classic. Like many of the fly masks we stock, this classic fly mask protects your horse’s eyes and ears against flies and insects without covering the nose.
The Kentucky Horsewear Fly Mask Classic With Ears is super breathable and its clever mesh fabric springs back into shape if it gets pushed in whilst in the field.
The ears are made of a nice soft fabric with fine mesh holes that are super breathable. Two strong Velcro closures help keep your Fly Mask Classic in position, whilst the rest of the mask is lined with a soft polar fleece along the edges to avoid rubbing.
The material of the mask will prevent harmful UV rays getting through, whilst the mesh fabric is also treated with a 100% UV protective coating that reduces the fatigue on the fabric and helps prevent it from discoloring. The mesh eye covering will also prevent a high degree of UV from getting trough onto the eyes thanks to the tight mesh weave.
How do I care for my fly mask?
The Kentucky Horsewear Fly Mask Classic With Ears is machine washable at 30 degrees. We recommend washing it as infrequently as possible and using the Kentucky Wash Bags in order to maintain quality over the long term.
We also recommend using professional machines (larger capacity) to limit damage due to the drum of the normal washing machine. To dry it, simply put it outside on a sunny day.
Do Not Tumble Dry.
