Trust Inno Sense Ported 2.5 Ring Eggbutt Gag
The Trust Inno Sense Ported 2.5 Ring Eggbutt Gag combines a ported mouthpiece with 2.5 ring sides. The top ring attaches to the cheek pieces, exerting poll pressure that encourages the horse to lower its head, while the half-ring exerts leverage for lifting the head.
This combination results in a gag action. Also known as a Universal, the 2.5 ring is considered the mildest type of ring gag, as the half-ring reduces the leverage effect on the mouthpiece. The eggbutt design prevents pinching and provides a more stable action than a loose ring.
The mouthpiece is made of synthetic material and is ergonomically shaped to allow space for the horse’s tongue.
