Plastic Coated Chain

Our Plastic Coated Chain is a durable, strong tie chain, great for travelling or general yard use. Used in lorries, trailers or stable areas, the plastic coated chains are perfect for keeping your horse in one position.

Simple to use, on one end is an easy-to-use quick release clip to avoid injury if your horse panics or gets stuck. The other end is a heavy duty standard karabiner D-Clip.

The longer length is great for cross-tying in stables, solariums and wash bays.

Available in Short 55cm and Long 87cm

Please Remember a quick release clip, is for ease of use. It enables the rider to be able to move the horse quickly from the area the horse is tied to.

A simple moment of the quick release clip, will allow the rider to lead the horse away from any danger etc. It is not a break-away clip. If you still want you horse to be able to pull back and break away with excessive force in an emergency, then you should look also at investing in an Equi-Ping, which will take the place of any bailer twine you may use.
