The Kentucky Horsewear Sheepskin Stud Girth Cover is exceptionally soft, serving as an ideal replacement or spare for when your original cover is being washed.
It offers the same comfort as the original stud girth cover, ensuring no downtime while waiting for the cover to dry. This highly durable and long-lasting artificial sheepskin cover is designed for use with the Kentucky Horsewear Sheepskin Stud Girths only. It attaches easily to the girth’s Velcro backing with a robust hook and loop fastening system.
Like all items in the Kentucky Sheepskin range, this cover is incredibly soft, comfortable, and durable. It’s also simple to replace: just remove the original cover and affix the new one in its place.
Its strong and durable hook and loop Velcro ensures the cover stays securely positioned, making it ideal for horses with sensitive skin and helping to prevent girth rubs.
The cover is machine washable at 30° C and should be air-dried.
It is available in sizes ranging from 115cm (46 inches) to 145cm (56 inches) and now comes in both black and brown and natural.
