Dispatch Times & Delays
- Weekends: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed and shipped on Monday. During exceptionally busy periods, order processing may take up to two working days.
- Public Holidays: Please allow extra time for deliveries around Bank Holidays and Public Holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year).
Back Orders & Special Orders
If your order includes both in-stock items and out-of-stock items (back orders), we will split your shipment. We will immediately dispatch the items we have on hand, and the remaining items will follow as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, at no extra delivery cost to you. We will keep you informed of any delays. If you are unhappy with the estimated wait time, you are entitled to a 100% refund for the delayed items.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Double-check safe places around your property.
- Ask a neighbour or building manager in case it was left with them.
- Contact the courier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof of drop-off.
If you are still unable to locate your order, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate.
International Deliveries
- Volumetric Surcharges: Due to the size and weight of certain parcels, carriage charges (especially to the USA via Air Freight) can sometimes exceed the estimated £59.99/£19.99 fee. If this happens, we will contact you to request the outstanding balance. If you choose not to pay the extra charge, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately.
- Customs & Import Duties: Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges and import duties. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, please contact your local Customs Department before ordering.
- Prohibited Items: We cannot ship Liquids, Waxes, Creams, or Aerosols internationally. If these are in your cart, they will be removed from your order and refunded to your card.
- Restricted Brands: We are unable to ship Equine America or Freejump products outside of the UK.
